No single way of travelling suits every trip. Before choosing, consider what you need to do and the journey’s actual conditions.

When you can be flexible

If you can be flexible about timing, tell GOVII the time window that works for you. A wider window usually opens up more options. Check the pickup point, drop-off point and expected time before confirming.

When you need a fixed journey

If you need an exact departure time, are travelling with family or a group, or have specific journey requirements, provide the passenger count, luggage and stops so GOVII can check a suitable option.

Compare the whole journey

Do not look at only one price figure. Ask clearly about the total amount, unit of charge, pickup and drop-off conditions, changes and any support needed. The right option depends on both timing and service capacity.

Confirm before setting off

Submitting a vehicle request records a need; it does not mean a trip is already available. Prepare only based on confirmed information.
