1. GOVII’s role
GOVII connects customers’ mobility and local service needs with suitable drivers and partners. Trips are carried out by the driver or partner.

2. Requests, bookings and trips
- Request: the details you send about a travel need. Sending a request does not mean a vehicle is available.
- Booking: an option GOVII has confirmed with you, including time, pickup point and price.
- Trip: carrying out a confirmed booking.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your PIN secret and providing accurate information. Each account is linked to one phone number.
4. Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel, tell GOVII as early as possible. Specific conditions are set out in the Service policy.
