1. Confirming an option
GOVII sends the pickup time and the person in charge only once an option is final. Until then, your request is still being checked.
2. Price
The price is given in the option before you agree. Ask about the total and what it includes.
3. Changes and cancellations
Tell GOVII through the hotline as early as possible when plans change.
