1. Who GOVII is

This policy covers the GOVII customer app and the govii.vn website, operated by CÔNG TY TNHH GOVII (GOVII Company Limited, tax code 4101699286, No. 68 Bà Triệu Street, Quy Nhơn Ward, Gia Lai Province, Vietnam).

2. Data we collect

According to the current customer app source code, GOVII processes the following data when you use the app:

• Phone number, used to sign in and receive verification codes.
• Sign-in PIN. The server stores it only in one-way hashed form, never in readable form.
• Precise device location, only while the app is open and you have allowed it, to set your pickup point.
• Pickup point, destination, time, passenger count and notes for each travel request.
• History of requests, bookings and trips.
• What you discuss with support and customer care.

3. Device permissions

The app only asks for location while in use. It does not ask for camera, microphone, photos, contacts, background location or ad-tracking permission, and it does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

You can turn location off in iPhone Settings and enter the pickup point manually.

4. How we use data

GOVII does not sell personal data and does not use it for tracking-based advertising.

• Verify and protect your account.
• Receive requests, find suitable options and coordinate trips with partners.
• Provide support and customer care, and handle complaints.
• Keep the service safe and prevent misuse.

5. Sharing and service providers

When a trip is confirmed, GOVII shares what is needed (name, phone number, pickup point, destination and time) with the driver or partner carrying out the trip.

The current source code uses these providers to run the app:

• Supabase: data storage and account authentication.
• Mapbox: address search, routing and maps.
• Zalo: delivery of sign-in verification codes.

6. Storage and security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and only people who need it for their work can access it.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting GOVII. Account deletion requests are explained on the Account support page.
