Pickup time depends on the option
Depending on the option, the pickup time may shift within a time window. If you need an exact fixed time, say so from the start.
Pickup points follow the actual option
Pickup and drop-off points are agreed according to each trip’s service capacity; home pickup is not assumed.
A clear price before agreeing
Ask clearly about the charging unit and total price in the confirmed option. Do not rely on a number heard second-hand.
